Children’s Chapel
Children’s Chapel provides a simplified version of the Sunday service for children ages 3-10 (must be potty trained). We have a wonderful volunteer team of seven leaders who rotate Sundays, helping each other to provide the best experience for our children in learning about God’s love. Units have included a study of the Ten Commandments and the Advent Wreath. It is our hope that offering a continuity of lessons will increase interest and attendance. The lead for this ministry is now Pam Steman. Coloring materials are now being supplied in the cart in the back of the church for children to use during services.
Choristers
The Choristers of St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church offers musical excellence, self-discipline, and social development to all children from 2nd to 6th grade. The goal of the chorister program is to uplift the spiritual life of our communities through high-quality choral music for children.

Vacation Bible School
In 2026, we offered Compassion Camp from Monday, July 6th through Friday, July 10th. Here is a recap of this year’s program:
The kids had a great time exploring the need for every living thing to have shelter, food, water, air and community. VBS participants talked about God's love for creation and how all of us need to care for the homes God gave us. There were crafts, songs and games and great participation from our adult and youth volunteers.

Family Ministries
Families with children gather for fellowship once per month at various off-site locations and occasionally at the church. Gatherings are typically after the 11 am service on the last Sunday of each month but are sometimes moved to gather at church events in order to support the life of the church.
Back-to-School Sunday, held on August 2nd, 2026, was a huge success! We kicked off the school year by celebrating how God takes our small offerings—our "five loaves and two fish"—and turns them into something extraordinary. It was a beautiful reminder that when we make ourselves available, God provides in abundance.
Youth Experience Spotlight: Our children did an incredible job leading the service and sharing their own ministry stories.
Service Project for Angie’s Kitchen: After the service, families gathered for a lunch of Pub Subs and music while working on our first service project for Angie’s Kitchen. Our youth and parents were incredibly productive, hand-writing 50 inspirational cards to bring hope and encouragement to our neighbors in Atlanta.
