Programs for Children

Sunday School is open for potty trained 3-year olds through 5th Grade, and runs Fall through Spring.  Classes begin at 10:00 and conclude at 10:45.

Sunday School annual projects include  Vacation Bible School and the St. Aidan’s Day Festival.

Annual projects include a holiday outreach program, Alleluia Fund M&M drive, Christmas Camp, Lenten Series, Vacation Bible School and family outings throughout the year.

Children’s Chapel

This pint sized service is for children 5-9 years of age.  Children gather in the Holy Land room, which is located on the first floor of the Fellowship Building.  The service begins at 11:00am each Sunday during the school year

Children should be escorted by a parent to the Holy Land room and they will rejoin their parents in the Nave at the Peace for communion.  Children will have their own vestments, crucifer, and (thanks to the talents of Richard Kennedy!) their very own altar.  Also, thanks to our Music Director, they will be able to enjoy some great, kid-friendly music during the service!

Our Director of Children’s Ministries, Susan Griffis, will be officiating, but parent and teen volunteers are always needed and most welcome.  Please speak with Susan if you are interested in volunteering for this special service.
