Programs for Children
All children 3yrs. of age who are potty
trained, through 5th grade, are welcome to join us for Sunday school.
Classes begin the Sunday after Labor Day and end in late May. Class times
are 10 am to 10:45am. For more details and information about our Sunday
school curriculum and age groupings, please see the link for the Sunday
School overview.
Other events and programs that the children are involved in during the
year are a holiday outreach project, our annual Christmas pageant, a
Lenten program for kids, a Lenten outreach project, and Vacation Bible
School.
Children’s Chapel
Come join our pint
sized service for (potty trained) 3 year olds through 7 year olds.
Children gather in the Holy Land room, located on the first floor of the
Parish Center. The service begins at 11:00am each Sunday.
(10:30 during summer service hours)
We have our very
own crucifer, vestments, and altar. Children are escorted to rejoin
their parents in the nave, at the time of the peace. Our director of
children’s ministries officiates, but adult and teen volunteers are always
welcome!
